You can set a specific label to display on order tickets instead of the full product name. This can make order tickets clearer and easier to read and prepare the order from, particularly if you have products with have long names.
To set an order ticket label, go to the product on the back office and select the advanced tab.
Then scroll down to 'Printing settings' and type the label you would like to be used for order tickets in the 'Order ticket label' field.
