Adding staff notes field

You can add staff notes to a product if there is any information you would like your staff to have to hand that isn't already included in the product description, allergens, nutrition info, or beer/wine meta data. Examples of staff notes could be instructions on how to make a cocktail and an image of what the cocktail should look like.

To add staff notes, go to the product you wish to add the notes to, click on the advanced tab near the top left of the screen and scroll down to 'EPOS Display'.

In the staff notes box you can enter both text and images that the staff can refer to on the EPOS. Above is an example of a recipe for an Old Fashioned cocktail as well as an image showing staff what the cocktail should like like.

Once you are happy with your staff notes, you can sync the changes and they will be communicated to the EPOS. 

Staff can then access staff notes by holding their finger down on the product button and then selecting 'staff notes'.
