Setting stock areas

If you would like to be able to enter your stock counts by area (e.g. upstairs bar, downstairs bar, cellar) you can set these areas up in the stock tab of the set up module on the back office.

Then when you enter your stocktake you can enter your counts for each area and the system will add up the total.

To set your stock areas go into your back office & select Setup > Stock from the left hand navigation.

Scroll down to Stocktake areas and click +Add new.

Then enter a name for your stock area and click the blue tick.

Add each of your other stock areas in turn, then press the 'Save' button in the bottom right corner of the screen.
