By default, your system will be set up with a set of categories that you are likely to need for your business. if there are categories which are not relevant to you, you can delete them. Similarly, you can add any additional categories you may need.
To delete a category, go into your Back office > Products > Manage products.
Navigate to the category containing the one you would like to delete.
Click the bin icon in the bottom right of the category you want to delete.
A popup will appear asking you to confirm whether you want to remove the category.
Click the blue Remove button, to confirm.
The category will be removed from the categories list.
Click the Sync changes button at the top of the screen in the orange bar, to update your EPOS.
