A contact is created when you receive a booking that includes an email address. You can filter and market to contacts in the Campaigns module, and use contact info to automatically populate fields on new bookings, or view a guests booking history with you.
If you need to view or edit a contacts details details you can do so by navigating to Bookings > Contacts from your back office dashboard.
You will see a list of all of your contacts.
If a contact has become a member of your loyalty scheme, you will see a link to the member and the date that the contact became a member.
To view or edit an individual contacts details, click on the magnifying glass on the righthand side to open the contact detail screen.
Here you can:
- edit any details needed, such as adding or remove marketing consent
- view the contacts booking history
- click on a historic booking to view the full details
