If you are taking payments amongst a group of customers you can evenly split the bill using the quick split function.
In the payment screen, click the orange + to evenly split the bill between customers. Click the + button again to split the bill between more.
The Total amount due will be displayed at the top of the screen with the Split amount in the payment section.
