If you use bar & kitchen ordering screens to process your orders, you can enable a one press to clear a whole order, instead of going through the order journey.
To enable Orders to clear in one press, go into your back office & select Setup > EPOS from the left hand navigation.
From the EPOS settings & setup screen, click the Order queueing & flash tab at the top of the screen. Locate the setting Clear orders in one press.
Toggle this option to On & click the blue Save button at the bottom of the screen.
Note: If you use courses and enable the clear orders in one press setting, each press will clear one course at a time.
