Copying a campaign

You can copy a campaign to re-use the filters for a new campaign. You will be able to edit the filters if you need to change dates or add or remove criteria.

To copy a previous campaign, click the blue magnifying icon to the right of the campaign name.

Campaign members or contacts will display to the left of the screen, & the saved campaign filters will display in the Campaign filters section.

From the Campaign filters section, click the blue Copy campaign button.

When copying a current campaign, the previous segmented members will display to the left of the screen, but the filters section will be clickable to change any necessary filters.

Update the filters as needed to create your new campaign.

Click the Preview export button to see a preview of the returned members and/or contacts, then click the blue Save campaign button.

Give your new campaign a name & click the blue Add button.

Your new campaign will display in the Saved campaigns list.
