Setting up a customer facing order screen

You can set up a customer facing order screen to indicate to customers when their order is ready for collection. An order screen can display all orders, or only orders placed through a specific EPOS device or for a specific table.


To set up a customer facing order screen, navigate to the Order screen tab of the set up module.


If you want to display all orders, you can use the URL displayed next to URL preview.



Alternatively, you can tailor what you would like to see on your order screen by using the filters:

  • Device
  • Table
  • Area
  • Service type (collection, delivery, table service)
  • Root Category (food or drink)


Give your new filter set a Friendly name & then click the blue Save as new filter set button.



You can set the styling of the order screen to match your branding in the Styling and appearance section.



When you have finished press Save.


Click on the URL for your filter to see the order status screen.



You display this on or mirror it to a smart TV to display the order status to your customers.


Note: If you display food and drink order on the order status screen and an order contains both, the order will appear twice with an icon indicating which is the food and which is the drink.
