When your customers have accrued enough stamps for a full stamp card they can redeem their stamp card for any eligible products.
From the Pay screen, select the Camera icon in the top left hand corner to scan the stamp card scheme QR code.
Note: To redeem a full stamp card, the order will need to contain at least one eligible product.
Click the green Apply button, to apply the member to the tab or order. One stamp will be added to the current order for each eligible product in the order.
If the customer has a fully stamped card, you can redeem it against the order by clicking the green Redeem button at the bottom of the Pay screen.
The Redeeming options menu will display. Click Redeem stamp card.
A discount will be added to the order for the full amount of the free product & a grey banner will display at the top of the screen to inform you the stamp has been redeemed.
Note: If the order contains multiple eligible products, your stamp card scheme settings determine whether the cheapest or most expensive will be free.
Click the blue Done button, in the bottom right of the Pay screen, to complete the transaction.
When the order is complete (or tab closed if the order is added to a tab) the customer's virtual stamp card on their phone will update to show that the fully stamped card has been used.
