When viewing bookings on the grid view on the EPOS, you can quickly view any customer or staff notes that have been added to the booking.
To view booking notes from the grid view on the EPOS, go onto your EPOS & select More > Bookings.
Any bookings with booking notes will be indicated with a note icon in the top left of booking.
Click on the booking & then click View notes.
Any customer or staff notes will be displayed in a pop up modal.
Booking notes can also be viewed from the tableplan.
