Linking central suppliers

If you have created suppliers on your individual sites, but would like to manage these centrally, you can do this by linking a central supplier to the correct existing supplier on each site.

First locate or create the central supplier that you would like to link to the currently non-centrally managed existing supplier. Then go to the site management tab.

Instead of pushing the supplier to the individual sites, press 'Link to existing'. This will bring up a dropdown list of all the suppliers on that site so you can select the correct one to link to.

Once selected press 'Link with this existing supplier'

Once a supplier is linked, you will be able to edit it from the central server and push down changes. Any central products you link to the supplier and push will also link to the supplier on the individual sites.
