You can draw tables plans for each of your areas on the back office and view these on your EPOS by selecting 'Plan' from the menu at the bottom of the EPOS screen.
If you have multiple tale plans for different areas of your venue, you can select the area by pressing the appropriate tab at the top of the screen.
Note: If you have a lot of areas set up, you can select the area via a dropdown field.
The table plan shows each of your tables in either green or white:
- Blue - table is currently occupied by guests (has a tab linked to it)
- White - table is currently free
By pressing on a free table you can:
- Open a new tab linked to the table
- Link an existing tab to the table
- Add an order to a table (add items)
By pressing on an occupied table you can:
Pressing on an occupied table will also give you a snapshot of information about the table:
- Covers currently at the table
- Maximum covers available at the table
- Tab name
- Total bill
- Time since the tab at the table was opened (tapping on this will show the actual time the tab was opened)
