You can add a note to a specific item on your EPOS. The note then be displayed next to the item on the relevant printed and/or on screen order ticket.
For example, a customer may request no cheese on their burger and you could add a note to this affect.
First, go to the ‘EPOS’ Screen and add an item to your current order. Then, tap on the item.
A box will pop up in the centre of the screen showing details of the food item you’ve entered. To add any notes, tap on the dialogue box.
A keyboard will pop up to enable you to type your note.
When you have finished, press on the keyboard button on the bottom right of the screen, to hide the keyboard. Then press ‘OK’.
You will now see the note just under that item in the current order.
