Adding or amending wastage reasons

You can add or amend the wastage reasons a user can select when recording wastage from the bar or kitchen screen of the EPOS.

If you instead want to amend the reasons a user selects when voiding or refunding items see Setting void and refund reasons.

To edit your wastage reasons select Setup > EPOS from the lefthand nav of your back office.

Click 'Other settings' then scroll down the page until you see 'Waste reasons (Food)' and 'Waste reasons (drink)'.

You can delete an existing reason by pressing the 'x' next to the reason or add reasons by typing in the field and pressing enter.
