Allocating a booking to a table

You can allocate a booking to a table when viewing the booking on the back office, by clicking on the 'Available tables' dropdown.

This will present a list of all of your tables with any unavailable tables greyed out and marked as 'Unavailable'.

Note: If you have set up booking types linked to specific tables or areas, you will only able to allocate a booking to a table that is valid for the particular booking type.

You can also use the bookings grid view to easily see which tables are available for a given time.

If you open a booking from the bookings grid view you will also see the available tables dropdown.

When you save a booking you will receive a warning if the table you have selected is no longer available.

Press 'Go back' to go back and allocate the booking to a free table, or 'Continue anyway' if you still want to allocate the booking to the selected table.
