To see the bookings and booking requests you have for a given day or time window select Bookings from your back office dashboard or side navigation.
You’ll then be presented with a list of your current confirmed bookings and booking requests.
At the top of the screen you'll see the total bookings, total covers, and average covers (per booking) for the selected date.
You can view bookings for a single day or a date range.
Clicking on the calendar icon next to the Show dropdown will take you to the bookings grid view (you need to be viewing bookings for a single day to have this option), which makes it easy to see the bookings you have coming up that day and assess whether you have capacity to accommodate new booking requests.
Any declined, cancelled, or no show bookings will be hidden by default, but you can view these by ticking the respective checkbox from the Show' dropdown at the top of the screen.
Clicking on any of the bookings will take you to the bookings detail screen where you can see the full details of the booking.
From here you can add deposits, allocate a table, or edit any of the booking details.
