If you need to cancel a booking for any reason you can do so from the booking on the back office and can also send an email to the customer informing them that their booking has been cancelled.
To cancel a booking, just open the booking and press the red 'Cancel booking' button.
You will be presented with your default email template for cancelled bookings and will have the opportunity to edit it before sending.
You can also choose to cancel the booking and not send the email.
Once a booking has been cancelled you will still be able to view it by ticking 'Cancelled' in the 'Show' box when viewing bookings.
