Cancelling a booking (Customer journey)

If you have added cancellation links to your booking email or SMS notifications, customers will be able to cancel their own bookings. This article shows you the steps a customer will go through if they need to cancel.


Your customer will receive their booking cancellation link by email and/or SMS, depending on where you have added your cancellation links.



They can click either the link in the SMS message or the blue Cancel booking button on the email.


They will be shown their Booking details to verify they would like to cancel & then they will click the blue Cancel booking at the bottom of the booking details screen.



At the Confirmation prompt, the customer will be asked to confirm they would like to cancel their booking. 



When the customer has cancelled their booking, your booking cancelled successfully text will be displayed.
