When your customer's book for a booking type that accepts pre-orders, they will receive a pre-order link in their confirmation email for them to place their pre-order.
Note: The lead booker is also able to copy & paste the pre-order link to share with other guests in their party.
Click on the Category tabs on the pre-order form. Any products that are available to pre-order for the booking type, will display.
The customer can then click on the product, which will display any additional options associated with the product, as well as choosing the quantity to order. Your customer will then click the green Add to order button at the bottom of the screen.
The item will be added to the basket & the customer will be re-directed back to the pre-order menu, whereby they can place more orders or pay for their order.
The basket will indicate how many products are in the basket as well as the total amount due.
Your customer will then click the green Basket button, from the bottom of the screen.
The payment screen will display showing:
- The products pre-ordered
- The sub-total of all products
- The customer details (These can be edited if guests are ordering individually)
- Payment fields
The customer can pay with Apple or Google Pay, or enter their card details.
If the payment is successful, a confirmation message will display. If your customer has entered their email address they will also receive a copy of their pre-ordered items.
