If you would like your customers to be able to order food & drinks in advance when making a booking, you can enable pre-orders & then add pre-order menus to the appropriate booking types.
To enable pre-orders go into your back office & select Setup > Bookings.
Click the Pre-orders tab.
Toggle Enable booking pre-orders to on.
Further fields will open, allowing you to configure your booking pre-order setup:
Payment processor options
If you haven't connected a payment processor for online payments you can do so here. If you have already connected a payment processor for booking deposits or mobile ordering you do not need to connect one again.
Pre-order config options
You can enter text that will appear at various points throughout the pre-order journey.
- Label - The label displayed on the basket page when placing a pre-order
- Text above pre-order button - Text to appear above the pre-order button on the booking confirmation screen and booking confirmation emails
- Description - Text that will appear on the basket page when placing a pre-order
- Button text - The label of the button to place a pre-order on the booking confirmation screen and booking confirmation emails
When you have added your required pre-order text, click the blue Save button.
