Viewing pre-orders on a booking on the EPOS

You can view any pre-orders related to a particular booking on both the EPOS & back office. 

Note: You can also view all of the pre-orders for the day on the kitchen or bar orders screen, or on the pre-orders report.

To view any pre-orders for a booking, click More on the right hand side of the EPOS screen & then click Bookings.

Any bookings for the day will be listed in the Bookings list. Bookings with a pre-order, will be indicated with a yellow Pre-order icon next to the number of covers.

Click on the required booking.

To the right of the screen, the booking information will display. Click the Pre-order field, to view the pre-orders. 

The pre-order will display on the screen, showing:

• The name of the customer that placed the pre-order 
• Products that have been pre-ordered
• The cost per product
• The total payment made
  
  

Any payments made towards the pre-order, can also be viewed in the Total deposits field.
