When your customer has placed their pre-order, if for any reason needed, you are able to cancel the pre-order & refund any amount paid.
To cancel a pre-order, locate the booking & scroll down to the Pre-order section.
Click the red bin icon on the row of the pre-order you need to cancel. Click Yes to confirm the cancellation & to refund the customer.
The pre-order will be removed from the Pre-orders section & the associated deposit will be refunded from the Deposits section.
