You can block out specific tables, areas, or your whole venue to prevent guests from sending booking requests when you are not able to accommodate the area.
To do this, press the orange 'Create blockout' button in the top left corner of the booking list view or grid view.
This will open up a modal that by default will be set to block all tables.
If you want to block all tables, set a date range including the dates & times, add any comments, and press 'create blockout'
If you need to block specific tables or areas, switch the button at the top, to 'Individual'. You will then be presented with a dropdown to select an area, or any number of specific tables.
After making your selection, and adding any comments, press 'Create blockout'.
On the grid view you will then see the blocked out area shaded grey.
On the list view, you will see the blockout in the list, along with any bookings for the day.
