The default setting for your end of day Z reports is to print when you press this button on your EPOS. As your Z report is available to view on the back office & is also emailed to all the relevant users, you may decide you want to turn Z report printing off.
To do this go into your back office administration, on the left hand navigation panel & select SETUP > EPOS. On the EPOS screen choose the 'OTHER SETTINGS' tab at the top.
Scroll down the page & look for the 'Print Z/Cash up reports' feature.
By default the toggle will be green, which means your Z report printing is on. Click the toggle & this will grey out, meaning your Z report printing is turned off.
Press 'Save' at the bottom right corner of the page.
From this point forward, every time you complete an End of Day Z Report, the Z report won't be printed.
