From time to time you may wish to temporarily disable any discounts or promotions, either the promotion has finished or you may want to maximise on sales over a key period.
To do this, go in to your back office, and select the 'PROMOTIONS' option. This can be reached from either the left hand navigation bar or by clicking on the dashboard button on the top left hand of the screen.
You will then be presented with your promotions screen.
Looking at your current promotions available, you will notice each promotion has a green circle in the bottom left of the promotion. Currently the green circle is indicating that your promotion is live/active.
When the green circle is pressed, your promotion will be disabled. Your promotion will now be greyed out & a red circle will appear where the green circle was. This indicates the promotion is no longer active. Click the sync changes orange bar at the top of your screen to communicate the change to your EPOS.
To re-enable your promotion, just press on the red circle & then sync your change to your EPOS.
