To ensure tables are receiving checkbacks at appropriate times, you can record on the EPOS when you have checked back on a table. This will show the time the checkback was made & who by, so that the whole team is aware.
To record a checkback on the table plan, open your table plan from the bottom navigation bar on your EPOS.
Click on the table that requires a checkback.
Click on Checkback. A popup will display saying Table Checked.
You'll also see a green tick on the table when viewing the table plan to indicate which tables have been checked.
When you click on the table & view your tab, you will see a timestamp has been recorded along with the staff members name.
You can also record a checkback on the Summary screen.
