You can connect to Workforce to pull back Workforce schedules and timesheet shifts into your Tabology forecast and actual rota.
Once you have connected Workforce and mapped your staff members, the integration will automatically pull back data relating to your forecast rota (schedules in Workforce) and your actual rota (shifts in Workforce).
Forecast rota / Schedules
On the first day of the week (your week starts day), any schedules in Workforce will be used to create and publish a forecast rota for the week ahead. This will automatically populate your forecast staff costs on your management reports.
Actual rota / Shifts
On the first day of the week (your week starts day), any approved shifts in Workforce will be used to create your actual rota for the previous week, replacing any forecast shifts. This will automatically populate your forecast staff costs on your management reports and the staff line of your P&L.
On subsequent days any updates to timesheets in Workforce will be reflected on your actual rota for the previous week. This will continue until the end of the current week, at which points any updates to timesheets in Workforce will need to be manually synced to Tabology.
To start using Tabology and Workforce you will first need to connect to Workforce, then map your staff members.
