Setting membership expiry dates

If you issue memberships that expire after a set period of time, you can set an expiry date to automatically apply to all new members. Members won't be able to use their member cards or digital wallet passes once the expiry date has passed. 


You can renew a membership by viewing a member on the back office or EPOS and updating the member's expiry date.


To set a member expiry date, go into your Back office > Setup > Loyalty.



From the Setup screen, scroll down to Memberships expire after.


In the text field, enter the number of days you would like memberships to expire after.



Click the blue Save button, in the bottom right to save your changes.


You can now set email notifications to be sent to you and/or your members when expiry dates are approaching or memberships have just expired.
