7shifts - Mapping your staff members

This article shows how to map your staff members to 7shifts employees. If you want to know more about how the Tabology and 7shifts integration works, see Tabology 7shifts Integration.

Once you have connected your Tabology EPOS to 7shifts you will need to map your staff members. 

To do this go into your back office and select Staff & Roles > Staff from the left hand navigation.

Click on the staff member you want to map to 7shifts.

Scroll down to Staff member details.

In the 7shifts employee field, select the correct 7shifts employee you want to map from the dropdown list.

Note: If you don't see the staff member in the list, ensure they have been added to 7 shifts for the correct location and that your staff member list has been sync'd since they were added.

Then press Save and continue to map your remaining staff members.
