By default, new mobile orders will display on both order screens of the EPOS with buttons to accept or reject the order. This gives you visibility that a new mobile order has been received and enables you to check you can fulfil it before accepting it.
If you would prefer mobile orders to be accepted automatically, you can configure this on your back office. With this enabled, mobile orders will skip the below step and immediately become separate food and drink order, displayed on the relevant EPOS screen and printed to any configured printers.
Note: If you only want to use printed order tickets and not order screens, it will be necessary to set mobile orders to be accepted automatically. If this setting is not enabled, all mobile orders will first need accepting on the order screen before any order tickets will be printed.
To set mobile orders to be accepted automatically, navigate to the EPOS tab of the set up module and select Order queuing and flashing.
Scroll down to Auto accept mobile orders and switch the toggle to On.
Then press Save.
Any new mobile orders will be automatically accepted and generate food and or drink tickets to the relevant screens and printers.
