If you cancel an item on the EPOS this will send a message to the the kitchen screen and update the order to say that the item has been cancelled. If you don't use a kitchen screen, or you want to receive a print out as well, you can set updated order tickets to print for cancelled items.
To set tickets to print for cancelled items log onto your back office and go to Setup > Kitchen management.
Then switch the toggle under Print cancelled items to On.
