Members can be added to your loyalty scheme through the Mini EPOS, as well as the EPOS & back office.
NOTE: Only NFC spec RFID cards are compatible with the app. One example would be Mifare Ultralight RFID cards
To create a new member with an RFID card, from the Tab menu, click the Member icon in the top right of the screen.
The New member screen will display. You can enter any details you want to store for the member.
You can also confirm if your customer consents to marketing. By default this toggle will be off, you will need to confirm the customer us happy to receive marketing communications and turn the toggle to on if you would like to be able to send email and SMS marketing to this member via Campaigns.
If your system is set up to allow members to have pre-pay balances, you can set the member you are creating to have a balance using the Prepay toggle.
Once all information has been entered, click the card icon in the top right of the screen.
To scan a new RFID, click the blue Scan a card button, from the bottom of the screen.
In the Scan a member card screen, tap the RFID card at the back of the device. When the RFID card is scanned, the Member ID card number & a blue circular tick will display to indicate a successful link.
You will then return to the New member screen. A linked RFID card will be indicated by a green tick, next to the card icon.
Click Create a member from the bottom of the screen.
When created, a new tab will open in the Tab menu, under your new member's name. Member tabs are easily identifiable by the Person icon at the beginning of the tab name.
You can now add items to your member's tab as normal from the EPOS, or alternatively close the tab.
Note: If your new member already exists as a contact within the system, the contacts booking history, including any purchases made on booking tabs, will be linked to the member automatically when they are created.
