You can add additional EPOS devices, kitchen screens & Mini EPOS devices to your plan, as well as remove any devices you no longer need. This can be managed in the subscriptions module in the back office.
Note: If you signed up prior to July 2023 you won't see the subscriptions module unless it has been manually enabled. If you would like to make any changes to your subscription, get in touch via support@tabology.com or your Telegram channel and the subscriptions module can be enabled for you.
Adding a Mini EPOS device
To add a Mini EPOS device, go into your back office & select My subscription from the left hand navigation.
Scroll down to the Number of Mini EPOS devices section.
To add a new Mini EPOS device, click the blue Add a new Mini EPOS device.
Your new Mini EPOS device will appear in the last row. In the Device name column, give your new Mini EPOS a device name.
The Device group will automatically pre-populate with Roaming.
Click the blue Tick icon at the end of the device name row, to confirm your additional Mini EPOS device.
You will be prompted to confirm the addition of the new Mini EPOS device, the additional monthly fee & your total monthly fee.
Click the blue Add additional device button.
Your Mini EPOS monthly fee & Total monthly fee will update & the change will be reflected in your next invoice.
Removing a Mini EPOS
If you need to remove a Mini EPOS device from your plan. Click the red bin icon at the end of required device row.
Click the blue Yes button, to confirm.
Your Mini EPOS monthly fee & Total monthly fee will update and the change will be reflected in your next invoice.
