Topping up a member balance (customer view)

When a customer has signed in to their member account, they are able to top up their balance to use & spend within your venue.


From the Member profile screen, they click the blue Top up balance button.


Note: The member's current balance will display in the top right hand corner.




The member can then either choose to top-up by the pre-determined amounts, or enter their own amount from the bottom of the screen. They will then click the blue Purchase button.



On the payment screen, the member will be able to see:

  • Their current balance
  • The chosen top-up amount
  • The new balance


They can enter card details or pay with Apple or GooglePay.



Upon completion, the member will see the Member balance top-up confirmation screen. They can now place orders using their balance.
