Enabling and disabling taps

This article covers how to enable and disable self service taps via the EPOS. You can also enable and disable RFID readers. See Enabling and disabling RFID readers.

You may want to disable a tap to prevent it being used if there is an issue with the beer, or the beer line. Disabling a tap will prevent a customer from pouring from it, even if they have a valid tab linked.

Disabling a tap

To disable tap go to the Admin screen of the EPOS and press on the Disable button under Tap Override.
