In the Mobile ordering set up module on the venue details tab you can configure tips or service charge on mobile orders.
To enable customers to leave tips, set 'Enable tip' slider' to Yes and then specify the default tip amount and the min and max amount that a customer can leave (as a percentage of their order).
To enable service charge, set the 'Enable service charge' slider to Yes and then specify the percentage service charge. You can also set whether this is mandatory or optional (in which the case the customer will have the option to remove it).
