Member Stats Report

You can access the Member Stats report through Reporting > Loyalty > Member Stats.




The report shows you statistics relating to visits and sales of your members over a given time period, including:

  • How many members have used the system over the time period
  • How many members have had a single tab opened in the period vs multiple tabs along with percentages, and average number of tabs per member
  • The percentage of total sales that were made to members, along with the total sales to members, and the total overall sales
