When creating or editing an EPOS user, the access levels are defined as below:
- Level 1: Kitchen - Access to "Kitchen" view only
- Level 2: Front of house - Standard user access (no access to the "Admin" view or ability to perform voids, no sales, or refunds)
- Level 3: Custom - This additional role can be configured with custom permissions if required
- Level 4: Supervisor - Team Leader/Supervisor - Standard access & ability to perform voids, refunds, and no sales
- Level 5: Manager - Full access for managers - Allows full access to the EPOS and Back Office administrator access (if a password is entered).
