Setting to Enable covers on order tickets and order screens

You can add the number of covers to printed order tickets and order screen tickets. This makes it easier for your front of house and back of house teams to cross reference the number of covers against the number of dishes/drinks to be prepared and served.


To enable covers on order tickets and order screens, go into your back office and select Setup > EPOS.



Click on the Other settings tab from the top of the screen.



Locate the setting Show covers on order tickets and toggle this setting to On.



Then click the blue Save button at the bottom of the screen, followed by Sync changes in the Orange banner at the top of the screen.


You'll now see the number of covers:

  • Underneath the order type on printed order tickets
  • In the top left under the order number on order screen tickets
