You can set reminder emails to be sent to customers prior to their booking. This can be useful to minimise no shows and re-allocate tables to other bookings where people need to cancel.
To set booking reminder emails, go to the Email notifications tab under Set up > Bookings > Booking widget setup in your Back Office.
Scroll down to Booking reminder email and toggle the switch to Yes.
You can then specify the number of hours prior to the booking that you would like your booking reminders to be sent. Reminders will be sent for any bookings that are due to start within the number of hours you set, but will only be sent once for each booking.
