You can set follow up emails to be sent to customers after their booking. This can be useful if you want to gain feedback on their visit, or encourage them to book again.
To set booking follow up emails go to the Email notifications tab, under Set up > Bookings > Booking widget setup, in your Back Office.
Scroll down to Booking follow up email and toggle the switch to Yes.
You can then specify the number of hours after a booking that you would like your booking follow ups to be sent.
