This article shows you how to enable digital loyalty passes to be sent to your loyalty scheme members.
Digital loyalty passes contain a QR code that can be scanned at the till to earn points and apply any eligible promotions. Visits, purchases, and spend will also be tracked against a member when a digital loyalty pass is scanned for a transaction.
To enable sending of digital loyalty passes, click on Setup > Loyalty from your back office dashboard.
On the Loyalty setup screen, toggle the Send digital loyalty passes to on.
Turning this to On will trigger an email to be sent when new members join your loyalty scheme. The email will include a link to download their digital pass to their Apple or Google wallet.
You can edit the email that will be sent to new members when they are created in the Email templates tab.
