If for any reason you need to de-activate a member, you can do this going into your back office & selecting Loyalty > Members.
Click the green toggle at the end of the member row to deactivate them.
Note: Once deactivated you will no longer be able to see the member, in the member list view.
To re-activate a member, from the Filtering section, select the checkbox Show deactivated members. Then click the blue Apply filters button underneath.
A deactivated member will be greyed out & have a red circle at the end of the member row.
Click the red circle to re-activate the user.
Note: If the member is a prepay member, you will be asked if you would like to restore the members previous balance. If you don't restore the previous balance, the member will be reactivated with a zero balance.
The member is now restored.
