Bookings Report

The bookings report shows you how your business is performing in relation to bookings over a given date range. 


To view the Bookings report from the back office, hover over the Reporting Icon from the left hand navigation. Then select Bookings > Bookings report.



From the top of the Bookings report screen, select the date range you would like to report on.



The Totals boxes at the top of the screen, will display information from the selected date range & filter/grouping options:

  • Total bookings 
  • Total covers from bookings
  • Total spend from bookings
  • Average spend per booking
  • Average spend per head from bookings
  • Booking spend as a percentage of sales


Beneath the totals you will see a list of bookings for the given date range, along with the following information for each:

  • Booking date & time
  • Booking name
  • Booking covers
  • Booking contact email
  • Booking type
  • Booking status
  • Booking spend
  • Booking deposit (if applicable)


Filters & Grouping:


Use the Show filter tickbox to see bookings for a specific status:

  • Requested
  • Confirmed
  • Declined
  • Cancelled
  • No Show



You can also use the Group by option to group your bookings by booking type.
