If you have enabled booking cancellations for your customers, you can add your cancellation policy text that will be displayed to your customers when they cancel their booking.
To add your Cancellation policy text, go into your back office & select Setup > Bookings > Booking widget setup, from the left hand navigation.
Click the Other settings tab, from the top of the screen.
Scroll down to the Field configuration section. Enter your cancellation policy text. You can also provide a link to your full terms if required.
Click the blue Save button, from the bottom right of the screen to save your changes.
