This article covers how to re-send a member's wallet email from the back office. If it's more convenient you can also do this from the EPOS.
To re-send a members wallet email, go into your back office, Loyalty > Members from the left hand navigation or main dashboard buttons.
Scroll down to search for your member, or if your members list contains a lot of members, you can use the Search function to the far right hand side.
Select the member you require by clicking on the member's name.
To the far right of the member details screen, click the blue Resend member wallet email button.
Click the blue Send button to re-send the member wallet email.
You will then receive a prompt, telling you that the wallet email has been sent successfully.
