This article covers how to re-send a member's wallet email from the EPOS. If it's more convenient you can also do this in the back office.
To re-send a members wallet email from the EPOS from the main EPOS screen, select 'Admin'.
Click on 'Loyalty' on the far right hand side.
In the blank loyalty search bar, search for the member you are looking for (make sure 'members' is selected under the loyalty bar).
Once the member is selected, the member details will pop up.
In the bottom right of the members details there will be an option to 'Resend Wallet Pass'. Click this to resend your member's wallet email.
Once sent, you then see another pop up, confirming the wallet pass has resent.
Press 'ok'. You will then return back to the member details screen.
